Service delivery policy
In short
- MiyeeBooks is software used online. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
- Paid plans and extra storage start straight after your payment is confirmed, usually within minutes.
- You get a payment receipt from Razorpay and an invoice from us by email.
1. What you get
MiyeeBooks and MiyeeCredit are web applications at miyeebooks.miyee-india.workers.dev. Everything we sell, such as extra cloud storage and paid plans, is a digital service switched on in your account. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. When it starts
- A paid plan or extra storage is switched on as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.
- If it is not on within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to miyee.india@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment ID. We switch it on or refund you in full.
- The plan runs for the period shown at purchase (for example a month or a year) from the date it starts.
3. Where it works
The service is offered to businesses and people in India and works in any modern browser on a phone or computer. Prices are in Indian rupees.
4. Receipts and invoices
Razorpay emails a receipt for every payment. We send an invoice to your registered email and keep it in the app. No GST is charged until Miyee Tech Labs registers under GST; after that, invoices will be tax invoices.
